Non-Refundable Deposit: All clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and helps me allocate resources effectively. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice if they wish to cancel their appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling Policy: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you may do so without losing your deposit, provided you give me at least 48 hours' notice. The deposit can be applied to the rescheduled appointment. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay the full service fee for any future bookings.
